 Attached is a letter which was sent by the BLET National President Pierce to the heads of the Association of American Railroads, the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association, and the American Public Transportation Association recommending that the nation's rail carriers take appropriate steps to protect BLET members and their co-workers.
