The latest update of the Single System Agreement codified (put together and agreed upon) February 2016.

This edition contains references in the Articles to many of the Letters of Understanding (LOU), and Arbitration Awards that substantiate the specific Rule of Article.

This is an excellent reference and is "your contract" to police, should the Carrier decide to act otherwise as a part of "managerial prerogative".
