We are happy to announce that elipsLife is offering a special Life Insurance Open Enrollment where members will have the opportunity to enroll or enhance their current benefits. This Open Enrollment will go through November 30, 2020 and coverage will be effective on December 1, 2020.  The following options are available during this open enrollment:

• Members who are currently enrolled in Life coverage under $200,000 will have the ability to increase their coverage up to $200,000 for themselves, $50,000 for their spouse and $15,000 for their children.
• Members who are not currently enrolled in Life coverage will have the ability to elect up to $200,000 for themselves, $50,000 for their spouse and $15,000 for their children.

This voluntary Life Insurance coverage includes an equal amount of Accident Death and Dismemberment and is guaranteed approved with no medical questions asked!

All members have been mailed an enrollment letter outlining their options.  We always encourage members to contact the Cornerstone Office at 224-770-5307 to learn more and enroll. To take advantage of this one-time special enrollment opportunity, members need to enroll by November 30, 2020.
