Please note that the current plan is not changing, rather this is an opportunity for you to elect coverages, change coverages without having to answer any medical questions!

Please remember these benefits are all elected on a voluntary basis and members can participate in any combination of the benefits being made available or none at all. 

Open Enrollment is NOW through August 31st, 2017. Coverage begins on September 1st, 2017.
